Ahoy, mates!

Still camping, yay! Currently in Qualicum Beach, on Vancouver Island, and it has rained all day so we stayed inside and didn't go anywhere. That's okay though, cause we tend to do something every day and it was nice to just sit around and read and play games and stuff. Also, I'd like to report a distinct lack of art on my end, so don't expect much once I finally do get home.

Just for fun, here is a list of the little references from my last journal:

- "There and Back Again" -- Lord of the Rings (a hobbit's tale!)
- "Yum, I just ate some ice cream (for lunch), now what? What are you going to do?" -- Andrew Pants, songs to wear pants to. You know it!
- "This is my partner, Lavender Gooms." -- Psych, of course Psych had to show up in there somewhere.
- "Dr Frankenstein (it's pronounced "Fron-ken-steen")" -- Young Frankenstein.

ANYWAYS! Sorry about that. I am a little crazy... most of the time...

Sheesh, by that point, I'd be so homesick like you wouldn't believe... You're just like Alex. She went to Quebec for the first month, then about 24 hours after she got back home, she left to go to Europe! You people are crazy!

Well, I figure that I see my home for most of the year, that I don't mind being out and about. Sometimes I feel like just going home and laying around, but overall I love traveling. Yay for ignoring me! :D

Nope, no rust here. I brought my trusty oilcan with me! XD We had a really old tent with us that I slept in for a couple of nights, but it leaked in the rain. It was a really good thing I put a little floor tarp in there or I woulda been swimming in there! My dad had that tent before he even met my mom, it's like 30 years old! But he chopped it up a coupla days ago and we sent it to the Great Camping Gear Graveyard.
